Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains what Pursara, provided by Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC ("AIS"), collects, why, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, optional phone, title, photo, timezone and preferences.
  • Workspace information you enter: identity, funding profile, team membership and roles. Individual workspaces never ask for date of birth or citizenship.
  • Support requests you send, and diagnostic details only if you choose to share them.
  • Assistant conversations, kept private to you within the workspace you were working in.
  • Security records: sign-in events and an audit log of material changes. IP addresses are stored only as keyed hashes.
  • Early access sign-ups: email, and optionally organization and role.

How We Use It

To provide and secure Pursara, to answer support requests, and to send the emails you need (for example invitations and account emails) or asked for (early access updates). We do not sell personal information and we do not use your workspace's content to market to others.

Signing In With Google

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address, a Google account identifier and a link to your Google profile picture. We use your name and email address to create and identify your Pursara account, and the account identifier to recognize you when you sign in again. We do not use your Google profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

Pursara's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it only to run Pursara.

You can remove Pursara's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings. Your Pursara account stays available through your email address; deleting your Pursara account is done from Settings.

Service Providers

We use Supabase for database, authentication and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Anthropic for the AI assistant, and Cloudflare for bot protection. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Who Can See Your Workspace's Data

Members of the workspace, according to their roles. An individual workspace is visible only to you. Pursara staff do not have routine access to workspace content. If support requires access, it is read-only, time-limited, approved by a second person where possible, and recorded in the workspace's audit log.

Retention and Your Choices

  • You can update your profile at any time and delete your account from Settings.
  • Audit records are kept to protect your organization and are not edited or deleted.
  • You can unsubscribe from early access emails with the link in each email.
