Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pursara, a service provided by Arrington Innovative Solutions, LLC ("AIS", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Pursara, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you use Pursara for.

Early Access

Pursara is offered in early access. Capabilities marked as planned are not yet available, and features may change. We will tell you plainly which capabilities are live.

Accounts and Workspaces

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Each workspace has one Owner. The Owner and Admins of an organization workspace control who can access it and what role each person has. An individual workspace is used only by its Owner.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for having authority to act for any organization you add.

Your Content

You, or the organization you work for, own the information put into Pursara. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content.

Decisions, Approvals and Submissions

Pursara supports your work but does not make decisions for you. Pursara never approves, certifies, signs or submits anything on your behalf without an explicit, recorded approval from a person assigned to give it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to a funder and for meeting each funder's requirements and deadlines.

AI Assistance

The Pursara Assistant uses artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

• Don't attempt to access another workspace's data or bypass security or permissions.
• Don't upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use Pursara to misrepresent yourself or your organization to funders.

Service and Liability

Pursara is provided as available during early access. To the extent permitted by law, AIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost funding opportunities, arising from use of the service.
